  1. 1Buffer gradient가 정확해야한다.
  2. 2분리 method 즉 Post column, Pre-column 방식을 확정해야 한다.
  3. 3아미노산분석기에는 기기뿐만아니라 주변부속품인 column, 반응액 및 분리용매등을 공급여부를 확인해야 한다.
